Concert promoters who promote over 5 events a year may be eligible for an annual policy.

There are over 150 types of event classes that can be declared to the annual policy.

Event class include:

• Holiday Events
• Plays
• Concerts and Shows
• Weddings
• Festivals
• Business Meetings
• Parties
• and many more

Eligible Events

To be eligible for Annual Events program, each scheduled event must:

• Take place anywhere in the United States

• Automobile Liability and Physical Damage
• Third Party Property Damage
• Rented Equipment, Props, Sets and Wardrobe
• Participants & Spectators Medical
• Excess Liability
• Owned Equipment (All Risk)
