Studio Insurance

CSI is proud to offer studio insurance coverage for music professionals who own, operate, and rent recording or rehearsal studios. This policy protects studio owners or operators from third-party lawsuits involving bodily injury and/or property damage for incidents occurring at the designated studio location -- whether a home studio or commercially used space. We can cover from the smallest of home studios to the largest of professional multi-room studios. Many landlords require general liability coverage and this policy can be put into place to satisfy your lease requirements. This coverage also can cover music teachers or musicians who rent a practice studio.

Coverage starts at $350 per year

Coverage includes:*
$1,000,000 combined single limit (CSL) per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage
$2,000,000 annual aggregate
$100,000 fire legal liability
