Key Underwriting/Qualifying Factors (Including but not limited to):

Management must have at least three years management experience
$3,500 Minimum Account Premium

Ineligible for this program:

• Skate Parks
• Movie Theaters
• Night Clubs
• Roller Skating Rinks
• Note: Ice-skating facilities, in-line hockey and museums may qualify for coverage.

Target Risks:
Although risks of all sizes can be considered, smaller to medium size facilities (seating capacity of around 15,000 and less) have resulted in higher closing ratios. Existing program guidelines require the facility age to be greater than three years.

• Most current financial statement
• Copy of event/user agreement
• Copy of lease agreement (if applicable)

Tenant User's Liability Insurance Policy

We now have available a special event liability insurance program providing $1,000,000 aggregate per event up to 2,000,000 protection for you and your tenant. Coverage is placed with an A rated insurance company.
